MATTHEW M. WALLACE, CPA, JD is an estate planning attorney in practice since 1986. He is founder and president of Matthew M. Wallace, P.C., a law firm with offices in Port Huron, Michigan. Mr. Wallace limits his practice to Estate Planning and Elder Law, Business Planning and Real Estate. The focus of Mr. Wallace’s practice is Estate Planning and Elder Law, including Asset Protection Planning, Charitable Planning, Medicaid Planning and Business Succession Planning. Mr. Wallace believes that one of the greatest concerns our families face today is estate preservation in the event of disability or death. Mr. Wallace assists his clients to ensure that their estate planning hopes, fears, dreams and aspirations for their families are addressed in order to protect themselves, their family and the legacy that they leave for them.

Mr. Wallace is an active member of many professional and civic organizations including National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, Michigan Forum of Estate Planning Attorneys LLC, Port Huron Area Estate Planning Council, Greater Port Huron Chamber of Commerce, Mainstreet Port Huron Inc., Rotary Club of Port Huron, Port Huron Yacht Club, Port Huron Schubert Male Chorus and St. Clair County United Way.

MALORA L. PAOLUCCI is our Legal Assistant. Mrs. Paolucci has more than twenty-seven years of administrative, office and customer service experience. Mrs. Paolucci's primary duties include the coordination of the legal services we provide to our clients. She works closely with the attorney in the preparation and assembly of legal documents to meet our clients' needs. If we need additional client information, Mrs. Paolucci is the person that usually gathers that information from the client or others to make sure that the files are complete and all data necessary for the preparation and delivery of the legal documents is present and accounted for.


LORI M. SCHOTT is the firm's Office Assistant. Mrs. Schott comes to us with more than fifteen years of customer service experience. When you call us or come into our office, Mrs. Schott will most likely be the first person that you hear or see. Mrs. Schott assists with the coordination of legal sevices we provide to our clients. She also handles many real estate matters for the firm. Her responsibilities also include the firm's administrative functions such as accounting and general day to day office duties that keep the office running smoothly for our clients. If you ever have a question about your billing from our firm, Mrs. Schott would be the first person that you would call.
